NJ CCW/CCARE and USCCA use of force - 2 day
This is not a beginner course. Completion of this course does not allow you to carry a firearm. This course will satisfy all of the requirements put in place by the state of NJ to apply for a NJ concealed carry permit. The Civilian Carry Assessment and Range Evaluation (CCARE) protocol put in place by the NJ attorney generals office, is required to be completed and passed before applying for a NJ concealed carry permit. In person NJ use of force education is required which will be done on a separate day than the range date unless notified by me via email. CCARE requires live fire, 50 shots, with distances varying from 3 yards to 15 yards, drawing from a concealed holster and re-holstering of firearm. As well as magazine reloads and changes. You are not timed, there is no rush. If you are not safe and make others or myself uncomfortable, I will fail you with no refund. If a applicant is successful in passing of the live fire examination and NJ use of force is completed, you will receive a signed off S.P. 182 form and a copy of my instructor certificate to submit towards the training portion for your concealed carry application. This course will also include USCCA use of force training which will be completed using Zoom on the same day as the range. (for morning range days Zoom class will be after, for night range days Zoom class will be before) This is not a necessity for your NJ CCW application but I do require it as it gives a better explanation of the use of force. Live fire portion of this is held at Recoil Shooting range in Monroe. Be sure to pay attention to “What to bring” when signing up! $175

USCCA Concealed Carry
This course is about 4 hours long. This course will touch on developing a personal and home protection plan, self-defense firearm basics, defensive shooting fundamentals, the legal use of force, violent encounters and their aftermath, gear & gadgets, basic & advanced skills. You will receive a USCCA concealed carry certification upon completion of this course. Virtual education via Zoom. I recommend combining this class with the NJ CCW course, if you choose to do so please email me, do not click the sign up link. $150
USCCA Self Defense Firearm Basics
This course is about 1 hour long. This lesson will introduce you to a wealth of information on different types of self-defense firearms including handguns, home defense shotguns, and the AR-15 platform You will receive a USCCA certificate upon completion of this course. Virtual education via Zoom. $100
USCCA Basic Handgun
This course is about 2.5 hours long. This course covers some of the subjects found in self-defense firearms basics, defensive shooting fundamentals, gear and gadgets, & basic and advanced skills courses. You will receive a USCCA basic handgun certificate upon completion of course. Virtual education via Zoom. I recommend adding in range time with me in combination with this class which I can arrange upon request, do not use this sign up link if so, just send me an email letting me know. Price will change slightly for range time addition. $150
USCCA Gear and Gadgets
This course is about 1 hour long. Walk into any gun shop, and the variety of gear and gadgets available can be a bit overwhelming. Gun vaults, holsters, lights, lasers—where do you start? You will receive a USCCA certificate upon completion of this course. Virtual education via Zoom. $100
